| Directors are elected to two year terms. Three directors are elected in one year and two directors are elected the next year. | |||||
| The Board enforces the Association's CC&Rs, By-laws and Rules & Regulations. As the need arises, they enact new rules. The Board’s primary responsibility is a fiduciary one. It has the duty to preserve and protect the assets of the Association by repairing, replacing and maintaining the real property, common areas, common facilities and landscaping. | |||||
| The Board
meets monthly on the 3rd Wednesday. Work-Study Session
begins at 5:45 pm. Executive Session begins at 6:15pm. Open Forum, where members are invited to speak, begins at 6:45 pm and the
Board
