Directors are elected to two year terms. Three directors are elected in one year and two directors are elected the next year.
The Board enforces the Association's CC&Rs, By-laws and Rules & Regulations. As the need arises, they enact new rules. The Board’s primary responsibility is a fiduciary one. It has the duty to preserve and protect the assets of the Association by repairing, replacing and maintaining the real property, common areas, common facilities and landscaping.
The Board meets monthly on the 3rd WednesdayWork-Study Session begins at 5:45 pm.  Executive Session begins at 6:15pm.  Open Forum, where members are invited to speak, begins at 6:45 pm and the Board Session starts at 7:00 pm (starting times approximate). Click below for Agendas and Minutes.
