Crown Colony is a gated condominium community located at the intersection of Hickey Boulevard and Imperial Way on the southern border of Daly City, CA. Over 2,000 people reside in the 920 units of its 27 townhouse and apartment-style buildings (Click for map). More than 250 evergreens grow on Crown Colony's 24 attractively landscaped acres. Security mans the entry gate and patrols the buildings and grounds 24 hours a day.

Crown Colony offers its residents a wide range of amenities. There is a bus that carries residents to and from the local BART station. Recreational facilities include a basketball court and a tennis court. There are two pools, each with its own spa. Crown Colony's tri-level Clubhouse has a library, full kitchen, big screen tv, meeting areas and poolroom as well as fully equipped men's and women's exercise rooms, saunas and showers.

The Association Office, open Monday thru Friday from 9am to 5:30pm, where the management company oversees the day-to-day operations of the complex, is located in the Clubhouse. This is where Project Coordinator Rita Nicolas and her staff,  Manisha Ali and Yvonne Quintana, can be found.
